Be an AmbassadorImpact First is looking for passionate champions of our work to join our team of Ambassadors.

What does an Ambassador do?

  • Enhances the public image of Impact First and its mission
  • Raises funds
  • Identifies and/or recruits new Board members, Ambassadors and volunteers
  • Attends and promotes upcoming events
  • Secures corporate sponsorships and/or in-kind donations for silent auctions

What does Impact First look for in an Ambassador?

  • Supports Impact First's mission
  • Passion for international development
  • A leader and/or innovator
  • Track record of success and accomplishment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Effective networker and facilitator
  • Existing network of personal, media and/or professional contacts

What level of commitment is required?

  • 6 months commitment
  • Monthly conference call and/or meeting
  • Attend a half-day orientation session
  • Plan and/or host at least one event per year
  • Attend at least two fundraising events per year

How will Impact First support you?

  • Media kit, marketing collateral and other materials
  • Speech writing and presentation development
  • Generic business cards
  • Access to staff and volunteer services
  • Use of Impact First office for meetings, networking/fundraising events and presentations
